My business is run by me and my business partner who of which shares the same interests as me, and also has a creative mind and has a qualification in web design and more. 

What we do? BUSINESS SUMMARY

We buy and sell sneakers and clothes, Limited releases sell out instantly, and if you're in the loop and know how to get these sneakers you can make massive come up. Once we get the limited stock, we resell at a price in which our time getting the sneakers are justified. We pay other employees to come and help us get the sneakers so we have access to more pairs, which increases profits massively. 

BUSINESS AIMS

We also plan on doing clothing lines, although I will also take my own line forward as well as the Ballinci 2016 line, we will produce contemporary cut & sewn pieces which will be sold for a premium and to limited supply, our aim with this line is to produce our own, limited stock, which when sold out will rise in price, giving us as the brand as reputation and also a hype which means anything we drop sells out instantly meaning the come up is real. 

 We already have the Budget we need to off our business and it is up and running now. website located at the top of the page, although we are looking into a new site at the moment which my business partner will be creating and will provide the perfect platform to share content and move our stock.

 FINANCIAL SITUATION

This Weekends come up:

This weekend Nike are dropping some very exclusive pairs, these pairs will cost £120 alone and resell for £450, Me and my business partner will pay one personnel to come to london and camp outside niketown london for two night, we will be buying 3 pairs of the £120 Jordans, meaning the cash back from those alone is around £1200, from spending £360 on retail £40 on travel and £80 in paying the extra employee. £460 into £1200 is more than a double up, we will also be buying other drops which release during the same time, such as the nike flyknit multi racer which will retail for 130 and will sell for 100 on top so buying 3 pairs of those will mean another 390 on retails, and 230 x 3 back which is 690. £1200+£690= £1790 

Spending 850 and getting 1790 back is nearly a full grand in profit.

 Contingency plan 
When I leave college I'm not going to University, I will hustle my cash until I have tens of thousands from here I will produce a clothing line, which will be completely original and will use social networking and fashion circles to make my line sell out, from here I can create any piece through my manufacturer in limited amounts with high demand will sell out. I will always be buying and selling sneakers, making 1 grand into 2 and a half at a time, making real money, and working for myself.. No ones my boss.

 I will always be doing video work for current clients and new clients I hope to gain through artists who i will be making video for, this will get my name out there for videos, I will a lot of low paid work to push my name and use reselling and clothing as a main income.
I will decide whether to go uni or not decided upon my financial state, which by the way I'm going won't be happening due to a lot of income.

   PERSONAL RESOURCES AUDIT

STRENGTHS

   In terms of equipment & connects with promotor's who run large nights, and also a connect to other event organisers through my big brother, who is a professional Photographer and does annual work for the BBC locally and local Festivals and of course clients who run their own events, so continuously ask for videography for events and also photography. (when my big brother is booked)

 CONNECTS

I always have connections with local hip hop artists, such as Tea Unit who are local and Willie Nelz and Leo, who are living up near Lakenheath as they were at the U.S RAF base and are from New York and have a great style. I will be doing clothing for them along with shooting videos and getting them out there as established artists. 
  I have friends in Paris and in a few places within the U.S who welcome me to stay this is a strong connection where I can push work anywhere, and work with international clients. Home is where i stay, where i work, although i work out and about on the go with my macbook pro. 

EQUIPMENT
 I have a DSLR to record footage in full 1080p HD along with a stabiliser, shotgun mic and a LED light panel which is basic kit for event coverage.  A Macbook Pro Is my toolkit for any digital work. 

WEAKNESS 
 I would like more locations to shoot, I have a connection with the Roof top bar in cambridge which is a prime location on top of a roof top, with cambridge in view from all angles, apart from that I minimal location apart from public areas. 

OPPORTUNITIES

 I have many opportunities through connections with Large DJ's and Promotors who run regular club nights within Cambridge's city centre, also through my big brother and event organisers. I can always travel by train, and bus if im carrying equipment, with frequent Dad taxi driver services on the regular. 

THREATS
 I don't have much threats, I do my own thing, I don't work for anyone, I do my own business, within Buying and selling sneakers and clothes, which involved thousands in come up at a time, you need money to make money, Although i have worked so have got my own funds, I can take a loan from my rather which i give him a good rate back from reselling sneakers to make sure we're all happy. My macbook pro is the last release and wont need an upgrade for a number of years, my camera equipment really does the job for what i need to do within my videography work, although I could invest in some new stabiliser gear or new lenses. 

 I will push my work through connections with clients, and making money in general through reselling and travelling to make new connections around the globe, as it is cheap to get to paris, frequent trips when I'm not doing any courses can lead to good connections throughout the city and with local retailers and brands. 

What will i do to find new resources... 
I will continue doing event coverage and promotional videos locally and hopefully spread out and do larger events within London where I visit every fortnight.

Hip-Hop connections can get me onto the well known cambridge hip-hop scene, once I can get a few videos down with local artists such as tea unit who are well known by the community I can spread from there. Whilst I can continue doing work for American Artists Willie Nelz and Leo and really push the content we produce and the clothing we will also produce and sell, to make even more profit.
